I love to juice, but I don’t own a juicer.

When the weather is warm I like to enjoy cooling juices.
I don’t own a juicer, so I make them in the blender, adding a little extra water, and squeeze out the pulp.
The pulp is great for using in recipes, such as crackers, or casseroles, depending on the flavor your going for.
You can also put the pulp in a teabag, or tea infuser, and use it to flavor your water.
Recipe
1/2 cucumber rough chopped
1 peice of ginger 2-3″ long
1/2 to 1 lemon, peeled, and cut in half
1 cup pineapple
2 cups of water
Agave (optional)

Directions
Blend well, until completely smooth, pour through a strainer, into a bowl, and then into a jar, using a spoon to press the pulp.
Press for about 5 minutes, until you pressed most of the pulp, and its pretty dry.
You should have about a mason jars worth of delicious juice. Enjoy!
